Returns

At KokoFinds, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

Exchanges

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
